Please note all of the following:
1). Annual subscriptions should be paid by 31 March. Anyone failing to pay their subscription by that date will be exempt from the AGM and may face expulsion from the Club.

3). Members are responsible for signing in their guests and should ensure the name and address of their guest – as well as their own name – are entered neatly and legibly into the Visitors’ Book.
4). Members are fully responsible for the good conduct of their guest(s) for the duration of their visit and guests are not permitted to remain on the premises once the Member responsible for them has left the building.
5). Guests can only visit the club a maximum of five times in a twelve-month period. After that, they will be asked to join the club as a Member.
6). Visitors from other clubs, competing in matches or competitions, are entitled to enter the premises and enjoy all the facilities.
7). Dogs are not allowed (except assistance dogs).
8). No headwear is allowed (military headwear accepted).
9). Casual dress is acceptable, but singlets are not allowed.
10). The Committee has the right to ban or expel any Member found guilty of conduct detrimental to the interest of the Club.
12). The use of drugs on these premises is strictly illegal. Any Member found using or handling illegal substances will be banned for life and the police will be informed.
13). Vaping is not allowed on the premises.
