Sport has always been at the heart of NCC activities
Sport is at the heart of our culture …
All the major sports matches are screened live, whether they appear on terrestrial TV or Sky. The World Cup, the Euros, the FA Cup Final, the Rugby World Cup, the Six Nations, can all be seen here. And if you are a racing fan, we always stage social events around the Grand National and the Cheltenham Gold Cup.
We have two TVs in our main lounge area, another in the smaller lounge, and a drop-down screen in the snooker room, so there’s plenty of room for all comers at Stadium NCC.
In addition, we stage our own sporting events. There is an annual Golf Day for Members and guests – if there is room on the coach for any! – an annual snooker tournament in memory of a late Member, and an annual trip to Newmarket races.
