The NCC recently held its first music quiz, possibly ever but certainly for many years, thanks to the sterling efforts of Brian Bowling.
The final scores were:
A Midsummer Night’s Dram 109,
Goff’s Gang 77,
Dissie’s Dazzlers 75,
Neptune Crew 67,
Beauty and the Beast 61,
Jaliz 61,
The Rewinds 60.
All three prizes, the round of drinks and the silver trophies for the overall winners and the bottle of fizz for the first full house were won by A Midsummer Night’s Dram cleaned up , as they also won the round of drinks and the silver trophies as overall winners.

“I have noted all the comments and remarks I received, so the next quiz will be even better,” said Brian.
Another music quiz will take place in the autumn.
